have you checked your o2 sensors?

You weren't talking about an Ariel Car, you were referring to an Isuzu Trooper, so I just altered the category. Your original post just said 'Trooper' (I edited it). ok, there are 16 pins in the DLC you want to jump #4 and #12 as you look at the connector from left to right top row is 1-8 bottom row from left to right 9-16, both rows the 4th pin jump them together. then count the flashes all codes are 2 diget ( example flash-flash pause flash-flash = code 22 )

definitely not drive it this a simple job its in place by three bolts and the coolant hose . fortunately there are some auto parts open late or 24 hr i hope they stock it and save you the time to order it

before you remove belt time mark on cam gear as well as crankshaft pulley, the timming mark on the pump drive gear (lower gear in this picture) will not line up but thats ok line up the mark on pulley to rear cover at about 12 O clock when the belt is off.

don't mess with the drainage. it's highly toxic

I can't get the cam timing whrite

This is a car with fixed wheel hubs ? not auto or manual locks ?
First test the shifter on the transfer box is ok - just push for 4wd with the car running but not moveing then see if you can shift into low range easy - if you can ,carry on reading if not its the transfer box motor at fault .
You need to check out the vacumme pipes on the valves on the front axle . On the axle you will see an actuator looks like half a dumbell with two pipes on . In 2wd the pipe furthest from the wheel is sucking and it 4wd the one nearest is .
If you dont have this check the vac pipes and the grey and blue solenoid valves - the grey one is a good place to start it sticks .

NO car told at all, maker model and enigine there. what side does the driver sit, left or right , in USA ,its left. not told if clamp is stock powerful and good OEM spring loaded clamp or these cheezy screw drive clamps sounds to me like 2 causes 1: yes clamp is bad. 2: engine has exhaust gases in the coolant,. (blown head gasket) or worse warped head or cracked head. worse can go more. worse. a $1 fix or $1500 fix. why not ask a real shop to check it out. they can a radiator leak down test in a jiffy, a cheap tool we all have. knowing what is or having #2 get worse and blow up a $3000 engine is not wise. find the truth then play the cards. avoid cascaded failures get it tested by a real shop. normal pressure is about 14psi, or 1 bar. the rad cap regulates that and does not blow off hoses with good clamps. but if #2 happens all bets are off.

They are built into the harness.
