Transmission gets stuck in gear

Try adjusting your clutch as it is clearly not disengaging properly in second, you might also try adjusting your shift linkage.

Engine running rough. getting codes p2305 and p0300. changed plugs, plug wires and coil pack. Still running and ideling rough.

3.8L V6, (from old 3.3l ) OHV ,push rod simple ) same car as one of mine, same engine, mine is 08 p0300 means all 6 cylinders fail or combustion pressure, weak. at random. so not 6 bad spark plugs news and gaped to speck so is bad fuel? so is 6 clogged injectors,, NO. hot engine has normal idle rpm 800 or screams only. yes that is called gross misfire and lost of engine power too you forgot to say. got AF radiator water in the oil pan , looks like like chocolate milk? mine has 100k runs like new, water pump only failure ever, 100k miles me. seems like bad fuel to me. ,diesel put in to gasoline tank? the only weakness this motor I know is 2. 1:lower manifold gasket leaks and AF coolant falls to top of engine and down. replace coolant every 5years is win to avoid that. 2: egr failure sticking open and a pain to reach, unless right finder pulled fully im sure compression tests pass at 150psi up. sure. 50k miles how can it fail.? make sure at AM dead cold engine, rad cap off rad neck is 100% full of AF. never let it drop, and keep side tank 1/2 full cold. never forget to burp the coolant here as you replace it all as you fill it up.(AF antifreeze coolant) hose off here, heater) fill rad until it leaks here hose back then fill rad full to top of neck. stat-nipple-undefined-undefined-0.jpg https://drive.proton.me/urls/2AJBWHFE3R#n9DXuC8sIcOD link is new pump installed steps PDF

94 jeep wrangler overheating

Have the cooling system pressure tested. If it holds pressure, that's a good thing. If it doesn't hold pressure, you may have a leaking head gasket. What may be happening is the crack in the head gasket could be blowing hot air into the cooling system causing it to overheat.

Brake lights dissappeared

Try and locate the fuse that controls your brake lights. If you have no service information inside an owners manual, remove each fuse one at a time to check for any burnt out. Do not switch any fuse locations, or replace any fuse with a different amperage rating. example, if you find a 10A fuse that is burnt, replace it with a 10A fuse only. If you cannot find any burned fuses, you should probly replace your brake switch underneat your dash. Your brake pedal will hit the switch, so you shouldn't have any problems finding it. It will be small and black

98 jeep tj, dash light/taillights/licence plate light don't work

disconnect head lights, and replace fuse. Then turn the light back on to see if it blow a fuse again. if not, plug on light in at a time. You might have a bad headlight???? then unplug that one if nothing happens. Then plug the other one in. It could also be a bad taillight bulb. I have had bad tail light bulbs. Do all of them, one at a time.

1998 Jeep Wrangler. I replaced the battery yesterday. Fired right up, drove fine, this morning ... dead.

I would look for a draw that is killing the battery.

05 wrangler grinding/screeching

it could be your brakes , on most brakes there is a wear tab that makes a high pitched squeeling noise when it contacts the rotor. this is in place to let you know your brakes are due for replacement. if it is not your brakes then it could be a wheel bearing.

How to bypass auto shutdown relay

In my 2002 Chrysler T&C, the ASD relay is a standard Bosch relay like all the others. It is in the Fuse/Relay box beside the battery. You can try swapping it with another less-critical relay in the box, like say the AC clutch relay. To bypass it, jumper terminals 30 to 87 in the baseplate, as for most relays. I carry a little jumper wire w/ spade terminals in the box for such roadside kludge fixes, in all my cars. I think the most common problem is corrosion on the terminals in the box. My box also has plugs underneath which owners have reported corrosion, but no issues with mine in dry California, plus I fill all connectors with silicone grease to protect from moisture.
