It is located up under the dash just to the left of the center console. See picture below. Also there is a Service Letter for shifting problems on this year, so see the dealer if it hasn't been done. The module will be reprogrammed by the dealer to repair the issues. See attachment link below.. http://www.mpvclub.com/tsb.php?id=149

Your fuel filter is located on the left side of the engine compartment. It w\should be off white in color, plastic cylinder with an In nipple and an Out nipple with rubber hose attached on each nipple.

It sounds like a shift solenoid is giving you the problem. Many times when an electronic part is about to take a dump you get the indication of a problem but the check engine light may not illuminate and pop a code. Second posibility may be an issue with your torque converter. Best bet would be to have it checked by a 'reputable' transmission shop to locate the issue and get a quote for a repair.

You'll need a fuel pressure tester, there's a shrader valve under the throttle body that you attach the tester to. When your tester is on crank it a few times and check the gauge. I'm pretty sure it should read 55-65psi.

Swap the fuel pump relay with another that is identical if there's no pressure and retest. Most likely it's the pump if there's no pressure.
