p0400 is dead EGR. and can fail 2 ways, stuck open or closed if open engine wants to stall and lots of other DTC errors caused by EGR, stuck closed, engine wants to PING I'd fix EGR first, and not go broke finding shirt tail failures. take it to shop let them fix it. some times just cleaning the egr is all that is needed. the other 2 codes are AFR lean codes and if EGR bad or worse after 20 years, they EGR cracks and sucks air and engine goes lean. I'd expect more things wrong and more DTC on any car this old. for sure driven ******* the Autobahn.

Not surevwhat you mean but if there plastic just cut them off

Yes everyvthing will stop working power steering the water pump will not work hence the over heating yhe battery will not charge air con wont wirk compressor wont work there cheap enough andceasy enough to replace about £18 for belt any garage should only charge for 20 minuets work its that quick to do if you can get the diagram on which way it goes ( google images ) then you can try it yoyr self its easy to do

Try disconecting the battery again wait a few minuets make a coffie then reconect this will rest it then try the code again

If any bolts are missing in the pan, it will not tighten the pan evenly resulting in a leak. The broken bolt will have to be repaired

Try cleaning the throttle valve.
