Hello, my car type is
Damas, If this vehicle is a japanese or singapore import then your fault will probably be in the hi pressure fuel pump, if it is a v 6 mounted on the back of the engine in the Vee....NOT THE LOW PRESS PUMP IN TANK.. ,remove the pump and you will find small funnel micron fuel filters in the inlet and outlet's of the pump (3)...... be care full how you remove them.... use an "easy out" used for removing broken bolts in holes,of the correct size, and when removed..... THROW AWAY......... refit the pump and it should be bob's your uncle and off you go and enjoy the vehicle....... Steve Botswana.
What is the engine oil capacity of 4D36 engine
your best bet is to put in 3 quarts then see if there is anything showing on the dipstick if not add another quart at a time until you see something or it's at the fill level on the dipstick. when I do this I leave the dipstick either out completely or half out so oil doesn't splash up on it while pouring in that was I don't have to wipe it each time. typically from the bottom of the dipstick to the max fill line is one to 1.5 quarts, so don't worry about overfilling if you are checking between each quart. And if you buy 5 quarts and you have an extra, just save it for the next oil change.
