You might check with your local sheriff department. I know localy where I live they will assist with vehicle entry if your keys get locked into your car. There really isn't an easy way to get your hood opened from outside of your car.
Because you removed the fob battery and further compounded by the fact you disconnected the vehicle battery, the complete lock system and the anti-theft immobilizer system needs reprogramming. I am undecided whether a locksmith or an electrician is better, but would suspect the auto locksmith.

The car should always be started with a proper chipped key. The valet key on my car has a chip in its credit card style case. It will start the car if the case is close, or you can give the key to someone just to gain entry to the car and not start it.

The 2007 Nissan Maxima Camshaft Position Sensor Bank 1 Location is located on the top right side of the engine, near the firewall. It is in line with cylinder number 1, and it will be found between two spark plugs.

There could be dozens of things wrong with it, but you don't guess, you diagnose.
Call up an auto electrician, he will come to you and connect his pro grade scan tool computer to the diagnostic port. That tells you the problem and from that you do the fix. It is probably a sensor.

Could be Child safety lock help prevent the rear doors from being opened accidentally. The child safety lock levers are located on the edge of the rear doors.
Nevr evr replace any part til uknow issue. Unplug computer n clean the pins..it often clears up issue on old cars. Also the ignition module or coils cud be worn. U may needa scan that reads data targeting the problm. Dont go to astealership
