Crank no start 2000 Nissan Maxima
Battery disconnected recently? Security system relearn needed. Is your security light flashing?
Fuel pump?
Damp ignition?
Any one of 20 sensors?
Any codes?
Power locks fell into door
Remove door panel by prying out at the bottom. Follow around door and remove the panel retainering tabs. Push up on panel to remove from top of door. Now snap the window lock button assembly back in place.
It turn over but wont start
Do you have a check engine on? If so take it to auto zone they can read your code for free and tell you what's wrong.
2004 Nissan Maxima cranks, no start.
Nevr evr replace any part til uknow issue. Unplug computer n clean the pins..it often clears up issue on old cars. Also the ignition module or coils cud be worn. U may needa scan that reads data targeting the problm. Dont go to astealership

Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.

Remove or disconnect the following:
-
Negative battery cable
-
Right side engine undercover and side inspection cover
-
Radiator on Maxima
-
Radiator fan on 350Z
-
Drive belt
-
Alternator and A/C compressor harness connectors
-
Upper and lower alternator bolts
-
Alternator
Install or connect the following:
-
Alternator
-
Upper and lower alternator bolts. On Maxima tighten the upper bolt to 12-15 ft. lbs. (16 -20 Nm) and the lower bolt to 32-38 ft. lbs. (44-52 Nm). On 350Z, tighten the upper bolt to 48 ft. lbs. (65 Nm) and the lower bolts to 21 ft. lbs. (28 Nm).
