How do I remove the engine cover on a 2009 chevrolet hhr in oder to install a intake selonoid
At the front there is a hose clamp around the intake rubber tube. Is rather hard to see but standing in front of veh. in middle, look under cover at the front and you'll see the clamp. loosen it and work it off the intake. Now firmly grasp the cover in question on each side and pull up firmly. It'll take a few tries to get it to come up but it will. If you have never replaced that air filter, this would be a good time to do that too or at least check it. It has about 8-10 torx screws around the filter box. Not sure what size they are but I think they're T-20's. Hope this gets you going on you task in your repairs ahead of you. Jesus loves you, John 3:16-17 (KJV)
