And when you checked for codes you got what ?After all you have a check light on,that is 31 yearold technology. Have to start somewhere !

2009 will not go faster than 65mph

can't be sure without a compression test, look for coolant in the oil or oil in the coolant.

My windshield wipers dont spray

2009 town and country rear brake caliper special tools?

The piston will not compress, it is self adjusting and you have to screw it back in to allow for the new pads. There is a special tool that fits the cut outs on the piston so that you can screw it in. I used a pair slip joint plairs to turn the piston.
