from what I've seen on the many ex-police units I'v had,everything is there,they just unhook the wires for the window switch,and locks and unhook the rod for the door handle.Never had a Dodge but ford,jeep and Gm all did it that way.

the door diagram at the parts dept
They may print it for you & you can match up the missing pieces
or buy a manual with pictures
A salvage yard could help & provide the parts--- IF --you can tolerate going there
If you try a speed shop spares you may find an adaptor for this update . I would check very carefully the micro particle rating of the cone filter and if it is bigger particle than the original air filter I would bin it as it will damage the motor from dust that will get through it.. Looks "smick" but some are not practical
