2009 Acadia power seat tilt not working
If all other functions of the seat are working then you're more than likely either looking at a bad switch, wiring to it or the motor is bad, if the tilt uses the same motor as the up and down or back and forth, then it's probably the switch.
It was running fine, and then we heard a clicking sound and it just quit, now it will not start
Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. You can't do any testing if battery is down. Forget the jumping. Also, check your charging system.
Does starter motor crank? If not, check wiring circuits for the starter motor. Any testing at the starter, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and functional parking brake is set, Safety is your responsibility.
If you have a digital multimeter, you can do some testing. If the battery is down, put a charger on it.
Sometimes if battery voltage is lost, it can effect your security system. I haven't looked to see if it will effect your starter motor?

Why does my powersteering whine when I turn steering wheel/
You likely have a leak in your power steering system and is now low. When the fluid gets low it gets air in it causing the whine. It is likely your steering gear or high pressure hose (or both) that is leaking. Once the leak is repaired it is recommended to flush out your power steering fluid to DEX6 Transmission fluid. I would check for all the leaks under the vehicle and then flush out to transmission fluid - just adding fluid will likely not fix the issue as these vehicles are hard to bleed the air out of.

How do you get access to the fuse panel on a 2009 gmc acadia
one fuse panel is under hood on passenger side of vehicle. The other one (that is kind of a pain to access) is on the passenger side inside the car - above the pass right foot. Directly below the glovebox. The hush panel below glovebox pulls down to access it.
The back hatch won't open, how can I get it open?
First make sure its not just turned off. It happens frequently people accidently flip the switch right in front of the shifter and disable it. If it is still not working you have to drill a small hole in the rear panel to gain access - there is a small mark on the panel near where the latch is to mark the drill point. You just drill through the plastic panel then use a small blade tool (like a screw driver) to push the release point.
