My 2009 Honda CRV just started vibrating this

Something is causing the vibrating, which is not normal. Need more info-at what speed does it occur, vibrating in steering wheel, or ? What type of climate where you are (driving through something that sticks to the tires can cause vibrating, like road tar). Has anyone else driven the car recently? Could they (or anyone)have hit a large pot hole, curb, minor accident? All these scenarios could cause what you describe. If something was hit as listed, you would need to have the wheel alignment checked, and also suspension components for any damage.

Interior dome/map light replacement - 2008 Honda C-RV

You will have to pry off the lens CAREFULLY using a small screwdriver. There are two (or more) little plastic protrusions on each long side of the lens which fit into the casement. Look for very small slots along the side of the lens to insert the blade of the screwdriver. You can ease the casement away from the lens enough to get it to pop out. Re-inserting it is the same, but probably easier.
Gently, give it a try.
Hope this helps you.

CRV headlights

The adjustment screws/nuts should be located either on the top of the headlamp assembly, behind the headlamp assembly, or near the frame rail by the radiator support.

You will have vertical adjustment screws for each independent beam (separate highs and separate lows, but will be same screw if highs and lows are the same bulb). You may also have additional horizontal adjustment screws as well

Park your car on a level ground 30 feet from a wall and measure the height from the ground to the bulb and mark on a wall (do this for highs beams and low beams if the bulbs are separate, if highs and lows are the same bulb, only do it for the lows)

For Low Beams: If the headlights read VOR, then aim the brightest part or cutoff part just below the mark on the wall. If it says VOL or nothing, aim them 2 inches below the mark on the wall.

For High Beams (if separate from low beams): Aim the headlight directly at the line you marked on the wall.

Honda CRV CD Changer Magazine in permanent eject

One of the advantages of buying a car new is the warranty and the service. Even if you are putting it in wrong it is part of the service to have them show you how to use it. There should be a section in the manual that will instruct you as well.

Read the manual and if you still can't get it to work, take it back and see what they find. The reason warranties are issued is because not everything works just because it is new.

Hope this helps

How do I get honest repair schedule for my 2009

You can look at the back of your Maintenance book that came with you vehicle and go by that. That will help you keep better records. Also they are only recommended schedules. You don't have to change your oil to the exact mile. Meaning from one dealership to the other may vary true but they usually are within a certain amount of mileage.

Honda CRV 2009 problem. Can turning the steering

The rough running should not be related at all to your steering column lock. Neither would the starting as the steering lock is designed to prevent you from turning the key.

I would have your car serviced since it's well under warranty

Intermittent starting problems in 2009 CRV

Being a brand new vehicle with full warranty, take it back to the dealer and make them fix it. If there is more than one dealer for your vehicle you can go to go to a different shop than the one you have been going. They save money if they can get you to keep it out of the shop till it is out of warranty that's just business. Make them do the warranty repair.

you need to reset the light, need a good scanner to do that, check with the dealer and ask them to reset the light for you, you may replace the filter but if the light is not reseted the problem will persist.

Need to put transmission fluid in my crv honda 2000 i would like to know what is the best type of fluid

Hello levingstons4,

When you go to the auto parts store to purchase the fluid, as a representative to look it up on the computer. They can tell you what the manufactures recommendation is, as well as if there is a recommendation for high mileage tranny fluid for vehicles with higher mileage (75,000 or more).

Each vehicle has a 'required' type, and seeing the representative is the best alternative to getting this question answered.

I hope this helps answer your question, and you get your tranny fluid changed successfully. Thank you again for choosing fixya.com.

Remove lower rear trim beneath tailgate

Easy. First you need to remove the rear splash guards(the plastic pieces located near the tires)
After that, it should be about 6 bolts/clips and they are located in plain view just standing facing the bumper. Then the bumper pulls right out.

Good luck
