Fuses 15 & 19 and a tail light relay

Anne, Sounds like yo have a bad ground somewhere in your electrical system. The ground connection for your tailgate light should be close to the bulb,...follow the wires from the bulb it should terminate to the body of the tailgate or it may run all the way back to the main body of the car. If it does, it may be breaking at the flex point where the wires have to flex every time you open your tailgate. Clean this connection off and check you tailgate wires (at the flex point) if it does terminate on the main body. As far as the locks...I don't know where to start!

check the drop links they don't like bumps. fitted to the anti roll bar and the strut ( suspension strut ) change both side at same time. to check it is these grab it and pull about if it feels like its moving easy then replace. should be stiff and no movement when pulling. these make a clunking sound when they go.

if you are talking about fuel leaks please do not drive until all fuel leaks are repaired. The check engine lamp is totally tied to leaks in the petro sys due to federal laws.

First check the immobiliser is disarming before you go further. The vehicle handbook will provide details.

Fuel pressure or delivery or blown head gasket or bad compression. There are no service lights on?

Abs pump won't prevent your wheels from turning.

if it has a viscous fan hub--replace the hub if electric fans check fan operation , fan relays , coolant temperature sensor and 2 fuses

Maybe brake light?
