I need to know how
i'm not real sure about radios, but some of the newer radios have a tool you use to just take the radio out. does it have 2 little hole on each side of the radio? if it does you have to get a special tool to stick in the holes then it comes out, hope it helps, i'm just a hands on guy
CAR WILL NOT START
Do the lights in the car turn On when you start the car?
Check the battery output voltage and check the terminals .
Do you hear any click sound when you try to start the car?
Does it crank over?
Washer fluid will not work,
more then likely it is the motor that is bad or the plug may be bad. located on bottom of filler. Good Luck Tim

You have a Canadian model car. The exclamation mark in a circle in parentheses is the parking brake indicator. Make sure your parking brake is FULLY disengaged. If you have been driving without fully disengaging the parking brake, you may have damaged your rear brakes and/or rotors.
If the parking brake is fully disengaged, you may have a faulty switch at the brake handle.
I have a honda civic 2008 and the a/c is not
2008? you should still have the warranty, so why are you doing this?
it's odd for a car has only two years old to have a/c goes bad unless you were in a wreck.
check the condensor for leak, you may have some rock hit it and make it leak.
Noise from Power steering pump
could be one of many problems lack of power steering fluid, never put steering in full lock as this damages p/steer. you will know by the horrible noise it makes .also there is a pipe that leaks attached to box that needs to be changed hope this helps .triram

ring honda with your car details they should have your code on file you may need to take it in as sometimes they dont give info out over the phone in case your cd player has been stolen hope this helps. triram
