Need to replace driver's mirror

First, remove the small black plastic cover above the door panel right behind the mirror, you should be able to pull the top part away from the door then pull the bottom part straight up to remove it. (Use a small flathead screwdriver to pry it off if you can't pull it off with your hands)

Next using a small screwdriver (to pry), remove the small trim piece inside the door handle then remove the screws behind it.

Next the grab handle, you'll find the front piece of it comes off, behind that will be three screws, remove them.

Now starting at the bottom, pry the door panel away from the door, it's held on by nine push pins that will pop out as you pull. (Use a long, flat head screwdriver to slowly pry it off) Disconnect the power window switch and release the door handle from the door panel and remove it.

The rest of the interior trim panels down the side of the vehicle should be held on by retaining clips and just snap off when you pull up on them

How can I lock my 2008 honda civic with the motor

Hmm...
IF you have a remote that operates the power locks - take it off the key ring and bring it with you..

The only other way is to make a copy of the key that unlocks the door and take that with you..

Might I ad - these are very risky ideas.. Because there is to much to chance of forgetting the remote - or the extra key - each time..

Also - I think it migh be illegal to leave a animal or a child in a parked car - no matter what !!
I am not certain - but I think that is how it is in most states..
Check with your local police firm to be sure...

Have a great day !

4.6 quarts of oil

This is not normal. Why not add more oil to ensure it gets to the second dot to avoid error reporting or engine knock.

Goos luck.

Power window switch on 2008 Civic

Roll the window down. Now hold the button to roll it up and keep holding the button even after the window stops - you may hear a faint relay click noise. It is then reprogrammed. Sometimes I have to do it two or more times because I did not hold it long enough.

Check light on

Check that the gas cap was installed tightly. If it doesn't turn of within 5-10 starts, then take it to the dealer. It should still be a warranty issue.

96 honda civic dx location of PCV valve

Hi Jason , no vin told no engine told of vast world wide. no country told. PCV goes to top of valve cover on most engines to suck the fumes off of there and burn them. a SMOG device. dx-undefined-undefined-0.jpg our USA 96 has a rubber grommet there and a PCV stuffed in there. tell what engine is there. and country if smart. pvc-undefined-undefined-1.jpg it loves to clog and make engine leak oil and engine burns oil; replace it is best every 50k miles, it is only a check valve.inside, simple as can be but clogs. In the USA all cars here changed radially for 1996 year manufactured after july1, 1995 for 96 marketed year. OBD2 day we call that, even engine options before NOW GONE.

My clutch is to the floor no pressure I've bleed it every which way possible I checked the lines for leaks everything what might be wrong

I assume when bleeding clutch lines you are able to get fluid to flow through, so there must be something wrong with the pedal assembly, i'd check there and work way forward
