Have a 2009 elantra touring manual transmission. it makes low noise from the transmission, when in neutral. as soon as i hit the clutch the noise disapears.what could it be? thanks

The thrall bearing may be worn out. It sits on the clutch fork. When you step on the pedal, the fork pulls the bearing away from the clutch "fingers", taking the load off the thrall bearing.

Brake light fuse

Please look at your Owner's manual. It details location of the fuse box and the fuse for the brake system. If your brake lights don't work it may be something other than a fuse. If you don't have an Owner's manual try this http://www.manualslib.com/
