If your talking about the AC /heater fan it might be that you have leaves and pine straw clogging the drain lines.open your hood.Go to passenger side windshield..Rain water drains through the holes under wipers. If you park under trees over time the drain lines will clogg up. The drain line is under car. You can take a small pencil and gfy to drain it. But to clean it out you have to take off the part at windshield. Then you will see the valley pit where the air comes into your fan. You also will see the leaves clogging it up. You can see the drain line after you clean it running under car to drip on ground while it rains. This is what's happening to you....It gathers water while it rains because its clogged up. The water raises then goes through a air filter meant for air not water then over flows into your fan area.and then over flows into your car..Like I said...Quick fix to under car and poke a pencil up into line...Watch water drain out. To clean out you have to take it apart from top side of car at windshield wipers...Hope this helps
