my jeep 2010 has the w5 (MB,German box) and I have full documents on this box. (ask)
and if yours is W5 the PRNDL switches are deep inside the box and the valve body there. (no box side switches)

did you scan the PCM (part of it is TCM) to see the error, DTC?
