My 2013 Chevy cruze won't turn over & the anti theft system has been acting up how do I fix
Check main fuses, and must have good battery cables and connections. Bad battery, starter must be ruled out first. The anti theft system may have an immobilizer system that may have lost your codebfor the "chiped key" to work...call a locksmith. They can help...once uo and running...go to dealer or very good garage/shop. I want to explain Chip key: is an immobilizer key or a key with a chip...cost for a locksmith and a key could be: 300.00+.
Consider a tow to the dealer...they may say you need a computer...and if so...there are your best bet so you dont spend on a key, tow and still need an antitheft computer. Sorry but untill i know your skill level...this may be your best bet.

Error code 136
Just repaired code 136 on a 2013 chevy Orlando and it was a detached ground wire on one of the starter bolts causing the fusebox relays not to energise.

possiable fusable link between battery and main fuse box under the hood or near the starter. follow all the positive wires from the battery one of them has the fusiable link this part of the wire will usually look like its been added with some heatshrink . to tell if its bad the wire will feel soft and bendable. if its good it will feel stiff.also check all fuses under the hood
