You can also monitor from the scan tool regarding the value of the position sensor of intake manifold tuning valve and the value commanded by the ecm. Sometimes this valve get stuck and will not respond to ecm controls. ?

Are you talking about chevy cruze? If you want torque specs on everything, get a factory manual. I just checked out ebay, they have a factory service manual for $24.95. I don't believe this is a paper manual. Maybe a dvd or you access over the internet. If interested, make sure you read everything about this manual. They even have a link where you can contact seller and ask questions. If you want torque spec for cylinder head or intake manifold, I might be able to find it, not the whole vehicle.
