Makes loud noise

It sounds like one of your CV (constant-velocity) joints is going bad. This is common on front wheel drive vehicles. The CV joint allows the drive axle to pivot as you turn the wheels. Over time the protective boots crack, the grease leaks out and you end up with the knocking noise you describe when turning while accelerating. The dealership should easily be able to inspect the CV joint boot and diagnose the CV joint.

04 mitsubishi outlander wont crank after overheating

I would check the inside of your oil cap. if it has a white or milky residue texture you have a blown head gasket or head. have that checked. good luck

Loud humming noise front end moving

While driving, slightly turn the wheel left and right, to see if the noise gets louder and quieter. If it does, you have a wheel bearing that is failing. Then you need to isolate which side is making noise and have it replaced. SOON

Motor gets hot

check coolant level, and for leaks, check for cooling fan operation, if those are good and working, possibly blockage in radiator or thermostat problem

Replaced belt and tension idler

You don't say what model, but the squeeking "only when very cold outside" is diagnostic.

The belt and tensioner you changed was likely for the alternator. Possibly the belt is still a bit loose.

There is also the power steering and A/C belt if fitted. One of these other belts is loose or the A/C idler bearing is jamming.
