First check to see if there is freon in the system using a/c gauges. It may just need a recharge.

Open the hood and look behind the headlight housing. Turn a 1/4 turn counter-clockwise and the bulb housing should come out. The TSX, RSX, RDX, models have chains. MDX 3.7L, RL 3.5L, TL 3.2L, TL 3.5L, ALL have belts. You did not specify your model #. Hope this helps.
