ONE MORE OF MANY FAILURE MODES SAY BLOWER FAILS ONLY ON LOW. OR ANY LOW SPEED. THE RESISTOR IS BAD. THE BLOWER MOTOR FAN MUST BLOW ON TO THE RESISTOR OR IT BURNS UP. SO IS LOCATED ON ALL CARS RIGHT THERE. AT THE FAN. BLADE OUTPUT PORTS. IF THE MANUAL SYSTEM HERE IT IS @#2 BINGO , #3 IS DC MOTOR

how much fuel pressure are you getting? I f you do not have a way of testing the fuel pressure then when you said has fuel How Much does it pump it out slow, hard and fast whaat?

thats all that goes to it , YOU are making a big mistake probing the system like that! It will DESTROY the ECM,you need specialty tools for that type of probing. the ecm controls the power to the injectors and it uses NO MORE than 5 volts. These systems are not for the back yard or novice mechanic, one opps could cost you hundreds! the 2007 HHR doesn't have a power steering pump, it has electric steering with the electric motor located on the steering column under the dash.

DTC P0017: Crankshaft Position (CKP) - Exhaust Camshaft Position (CMP) Correlation DTC P0016: Crankshaft Position (CKP) - Intake Camshaft Position (CMP) Correlation Pull the valve cover off then turn engine by hand , socket on crank pulley an 1/2 breaker bar . Or you will be able to pull the chain up , if broken . Or even better yet pull the oil cap an spin engine , does the cam move .

Do the headlamps flicker also ? Possible excess AC voltage ripple from alternator ! Suggest you take it to a ASE certified repair shop an have it checked out . If it is excess AC voltage ripple it could damage complex electronic components , engine computers ,abs modules , instrument clusters , body control modules etc.... Hope this helps .

Check for fuel pressure at the fuel rail ,check if it has spark at the spark plug wire.

p0102 is your Mass Air Flow device. p0113 is "air intake temperature" sensor voltage too high. p0171 is "engine running too lean" p0300 is "random misfire" You can pretty much ignore your p0113, p0171 may be caused by a bad MAF, and p0300 may be caused by your p0171. the actual indication for your MAF is that the voltage getting to the computer from the MAF is too low. It could be a bad MAF, or bad wire between the MAF and the computer.

Note the diagram. Also, if you have an owners manual for this vehicle, it may give you the location of fuses.

They usually hammer the screwdriver into the lock and use the screwdriver to turn the lock in place of a key. Of course they forget about the antitheft system, but some just want to release the steering lock so they can get it onto a low loader and strip for parts. Take off all the plastic and replace the lock. It is a job better left to your local dealership because of removing the hardened steel pin some have and some has a special technique for sliding the cylinder out.
