Charger fuel pump

If fuel pump is located in the gas tank the first thing you wanna do is disconnect battery. place jack under tank as not to damage it , I always place a board between jack and tank to protect from any damage. remove bolts frome bands that are holding tank inplace or in some cases bolts from tank. After this slowly lower tank with jack but only far enough so you can unhook the lines and hoses connected to the tank. After this lower tank all the way down and pull it from under the car. Be sure to clean plate on top ,i always use stiff brush and air hose. This insures that no dirt gets into tank while replacing pump. You will have to remove ring around top plate or in some cases small bolts around plate. Simply pull pump up out of tank but make sure not to bend float sensor which is what tells how much gas is in tank. If bent it will cause your gas gauge to read incorrect. Sometimes take a little moving around to get it out but you can do it. Remove filter and pump from braket and replace and reinstall. Be sure to raise tank up with jack some before trying to replace lines. Attach all lines and hoses and tank and you are done....Remember to hook battery back up after you are done with installing the tank. Turn key on and wait a few seconds for fuel pressure to build up and start it up. Hey you did it..........

Code c2204

Hi there:DTC C2204 - Dynamics Sensor InternalThis light is on most likely due to a speed sensor failure. Either the rear one in the rear diff housing or the right or left front speed sensor. You will need someone with a full level scan tool to scan the ABS module to find which sensor it is and then replace that sensor accordingly. The location of the Dynamic internal sensor: It is located in lower part of the centre console . exactly on the right side of the air bag module. REMOVAL1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable from its battery post.2. Remove the instrument panel center stack console.6_27_2012_8_53_28_pm.jpg3. The ESP system needs to be recalibrated after having the battery disconnected. Turn the steering wheel lock-to-lock a couple times. Should recalibrate it.

2006 DODGE HEMI CHARGER STALLS.

  • Have a look at the throttle body. Carbon buildup can buildup and clog the ports. I would also have a look at the connecting vacuum hoses as well. They get clogged to.

  • If it does happen to be clogged again, give it a good cleaning and switch to a more premium gas and perhaps try a different gas station. You may be getting low quality gas that will not burn the best leaving carbon deposits at a much higher rate.

  • To remove the throttle body follow the steps below.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove rubber air duct from the front of throttle body.
  3. Unhook the electrical connector from the throttle body.
  4. Remove the four throttle body mounting bolts.
  5. Remove throttle body from intake manifold.
  6. Clean and check condition of throttle body O-ring at front of intake manifold.
  7. Clean mating surfaces of throttle body and intake manifold

  • If you have any comments please feel free to leave them here and I will respond to you.
  • Hope this helps.
Regards, Tony
