2003 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L throttle body trouble!
Buy a can of electrical switch cleaner and spray both the male and female connectors on all those items involved.
If that doesn't fix it, you need an auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer who can scan for communication issues and record the Live Data as it happens and what made the electronic throttle indicator light come on.

Electronic Throttle Control Indicator
This is the
Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) Indicator symbol. This light, a lightning bolt between reversed brackets or parenthesis, will illuminate if there is a problem in the electronic throttle control system. As an electronic system, it can sometimes be reset with a restart.
2003 dodge ram 1500......no heat
Does your heater motor run when you turn speed dial ? Have you checked the two hoses that run from the engine compartment to the heater core ? When car is at operating temperature, carefully touch both hoses which should be warm or hot. If only one if hot, then you may have a bad actuator. If both are hot, you may have a clogged heater core or none functioning heater motor. or resister.
If motor is not working, check fuses, if good, then check for power at the switch and then at the heater motor.

Replaced odometer cluster in 2003 Ram 1500 now it won't start
The instrument panel should not prevent it from starting. I would surmise that during the process of installing it either a harness got disconnected or a fuse was bliwn. Check all fuses in both fuse boxes first. Then reply with the following details: 1) does it turn over (crank) but not start? 2) you should be able to hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds when the key is turned on-does it? 3) any problems before the repair?
Starting issue. Electrical problem
I had the same problem with a Mercury. It was the starter. Had a bad field winding. When I would try to start the engine the battery cables tried to straighten out. Might take a look at the battery cables when trying to start the engine.
