Could be the starter, battery cable, key switch, or the neutral safety switch. Even an accessory on the engine could have the engine locked up.Do you have power at the starter posts when the key switch is in the start position ?

your e.c.m is in the distributor,rarely the item to cause that kind of problem,usually on that issue the main computer brain,which is usually located behind the glove box sleeve on that is having issues!!
