Just for fun try unhooking your negative battery cable for a couple minutes to do a reset or reboot .

Check the fuse and relay related to the AC. Your fan should come on when the AC is turned on. Right now the fan is working only off the engine temp., not the AC.

Hose is held to suspension strut with c-clip, loosen and retighten union joint while still in clip for ease of undoing. then remove clip holding hose with pliers Top up reservoir and to avoid fluid loss, Clamp existing rubber hose off above Wheel cylinders callipers. Spread brake pads slightly to clear disc rotor edge then undo callipers from hub - suspend from strut with cord or wire and unscrew old pipe. Immediately replace existing with new hose to callipers. With master cylinder reservoir sealed airtight undo union nut at top of existing rubber hose where clipped to strut. Replace existing lower hose fitting with new hose.Tighten union. replace c clip and bleed brakes at nipple on callipers until all air out of lines. Job done road test for hard pedal repeat bleeding as necessary.

By pass clutch signal by appling +12vdc to A/C clutch directly - check for proper suction side pressure with A/C gauge connected to suction side of compressor - if pressure is low clutch will not be energized do to low pressure cutout switch. Sounds like the beginning of a bad 02 sensor. If your engine light is on that’s the issue. I could almost guarantee it. Any auto part store will read the ecu codes for free.

Under your dash there is a small lever with a handle and marking. pull this for ejecting the bonnet. use your palm to push off the safety lack that hold the bonnet- safety for holding on during high speed/ wind if the bonnet lack opens- to lift up your boonet. You can look through the gap of the bonnet to see this safety latch.
now on top of the engine you will see the cap for the oil inlet.
Now beffore you do that , use the dip stick to look for the oil level. wipe it and check again. Only if the oil is down you need to replace. Also topping is not required unless the engine is old/bad. otherwise it is important to change the oil filter and oil along with your service. So check this out. Good day

Possible issue with the clutch pedal lock out switch. This switch will not let the engine start unless the clutch is full depressed.

Not sure about the Elantra but if I think that might be the car that I had a problem with before that has a double tube in the tank filler spout it designed to let the gas tank burp and they will come loose and fall and bind and not let the gas flow properly

See if ur ableto shift it at the trany with ur hand into gear go to underhood or under car to the transmission disconnect the leankage should popoff with screw driver maybe hard but it just pops up have someone start car hold foot on brake with ebrake on and shift it one click should be reverse take ebrake off and see if it goes in reverse if it does its ur shift solinoid right there werelinkage clips on if dont its inside ur transmissoin

Even perfect electronics have trouble making an engine run properly if the mechanical parts aren't similarly in good order and when an engine obviously isn't right but nothing obvious is wrong it is time to check the less obvious, in particular check for dribbling injector(s) and bad spray patterns and of course fuel pressures. It is also worth carrying out a cylinder leakage test (compression test is inadequate) to ensure the intake valve seats aren't leaking.

Check the fuel presser ,by train few time you build presser in the fuel line and this will open the injectors to spry ,all the best.

Check for loose or dirty battery terminals and posts, could also be a faulty circuit breaker if fitted.
