1. If the flash to pass function makes the high beams come on, then the high/low beam switch needs replaced.
2. There is a high-beam relay in this car that controls when the high beams come on, which should be when you operate the switch.
3. Although, not usually the case, both bulbs' high beam filaments could be out. Replace one bulb to see if that fixes the problem for that bulb.

Are you saying it cranks good but won't start? If so, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also, check fuel injector pulse. If the starter motor won't even crank, then have to check starter motor wiring circuits for voltage and ground. Any testing at starter, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and the parking brake is set. I'd have to test to make sure battery and connections plus the charging system are working correctly, even if the parts are new. On some makes and models if battery voltage is lost, there may be some modules that need to relearn or be reprogrammed before systems will work properly. Also, check your security system. Are there any applicable trouble codes?

Fuel filter? Sometimes if it is plugged, it doesn't let enough gas through to keep the car running. Just a wild guess...

Code 84 means a drop in engine power. May be several reasons: 1. Bad gasoline. 2. The throttle valve. 3. Error of the onboard computer.

Set park brake..,wear safety glasses.., Raise truck front suspension and place on strong Jack stands for space..Or else crawl under it...The sensor you speak of is normally mounted above the oil pan in the engine block...The oil pressure sensor is normally at the center of block just above the oil pan..However there should also be a crank sensor but it will not be in the center of block....It should be at the rear of engine..cam sensor should be at front of engine...Look at passenger side of engine..

Try a new gas cap, that is usually the culprit. Around $20 on up for keyed at any part store. And easy to put on.
