If those fuses are good, then you need an auto electrician armed with a professional grade scan tool computer. Sound like the players reader head has gone up. Might have dealership confirm and then replace the unit.

Contact the dealership some require a code for the install. Also check for recalls on this item.

A four pin trailer wire won't charge it. But the bigger one ( I believe a seven pin/ round connector) will if it is wired right. You would need a 10 gauge wire to feed the B+ side of the trailer battery from the alternator. Also make sure the ground is good.

I just had 2 customer with the same problem and I researched It out.I check for A/C current bleeding and all was in range. You have a voltmeter I see set it at A/C here your going to check the diodes, If the A/C vlt greater that 21vlt A/C you have a problem. and it will be alernator being affected by a worn battery,. The ECM determines the charge and commands the field as need to sustain vehicle demands,such as running lights. Here the thing I replaced battery and installed a new alternator, and I got the same result. I felt bad and was to ashamed to say to my customer I made a wrong diagnosis, So I am researching this as to not make the same mistake,As for you, just monitor battery condition the surface charge should not drop less that 12.5 volt DC. This only happens on Chevrolets Suburbans and Yukons. from 2010 I havent seen any TSB and I have access to GM training.

Coulb be a bad fuel sending unit or a bad fuel gauge.

If there are coins inside the radio, it can short out the radio, causing all sorts of electrical issues with the vehicle. I've seen this happen before where a kid shoved coins in a radio and it shorted out, it would shut off the dash lights, climate control (heater / ac control), cigarette lighter/12V Power port and so forth.
You may be able to remove the radio and remove the cover/case to clean out the coins, but there could be damage to it by this point. If it is damaged, you'll have to replace the radio.

Check the tail light bulbs, check to make sure the dash lighting switch is turned up but not turned so far up that the interior lights come on when the door is closed.
