Your question is...?

If any significant amount of water got into the intake while your car was running, the engine has very probably been destroyed.

If, on the other hand, sufficient water did NOT get into the intake to destroy the motor, it's still possible that water got into any of the electrical connectors and/or the car's electronics, in which case the electronics may be toast or - in the best of all worlds - the car may be fine after all water has dissipated from inside whichever electrical connectors (this may take a very long time).

your anti theft device is activated, you need to lock and unlock your doors a couple times with the key fob,not the key,and then you need to put the key in the ignition and start it,if you dont have your key fob, call your car dealer to get a new one, they are programmed for each car only, you cannot bypass it.

Remember it takes fuel, air , spark to make a engine run. Start checking fuel pressure then spark. Hope no one shoved any rags in the motor and bolted something over it.
