What have you checked ? Is the pump getting power from the relay ?

Won't start or won't crank ? Will it crank in neutral ?

Have you checked the fuses?

Either bleed all lines again or check master cylinder. Start with a slow thorough bleeding job making sure master is never low of fluid.

follow the upper radiator hose back to the motor,it is inside that metal thing that is bolted to the motor and connected to the hose

all the blinkers should be on the same fuse, fuse panels are normally located on the drivers side of the dash board or under it.

Could be someone changed the locks since the truck was new. The dealer or a locksmith could tell you.

any way you want <shrugs> use a muffler cutter http://cliff.hostkansas.com/images/2010/CHAIN_CUTTER.JPG and use appropriate adaptors/ clamps to clamp that fiber glass packed muffler to your ride jerry-rig some hanger adaptor so your exhaust system doesn't flex too much when going over bumps
