Yes, sounds normal, just a tad low on the 12.37v. They must have checked the battery electrolyte and forgot to put the cap back on. I would bring it to their attention-they should be responsible if the battery needs more electrolyte and not just water added. They should also test the battery for free-unheard of at dealerships-but if they did not take the cap off, that was some poor checking out.

Have battery and connections checked.try taping on the starter while someone holds the key in the(start) possition .if it starts or cranks over its the starter.ps.the taping trick if it works,will only work once or twice.

sound like horn button in the airbag in the steering wheel worn out.if car alarm system work horn more like airbag with horn buttons wore out.

Go to the junkyard and buy a replacement...or go to a tire dealer and ask them to help , what could they charge you $20?

What battery and what are you reseting?? if you changed the actual battery that cranks the car and now the VDC light is on, you will have to go to NISSAN dealer and have the "steering angle sensor" re-calibrated. If you changed your battery in the remote, then there is no reset. it should work just fine after the battery is replaced, unless the remote is NG.

As it is a 2013 model Nissan it will be under warranty for the immobiliser. Get it to a dealer for a fix.
