moved you to SENTRA. how slow is slow 5mph, 25, 50mph 100?(lol) one of he most made cars on earth is this , modern. running on the road, ! still. vast . and well known and easy to fix. Ok, there are 2 macro causes here.

1. engine weak.
2. or transmission slips or will not up-shift 1,2,3,4 gears

#1 has vast causes micro view, bad fuel, bad spark or weak fuel pressure and caused weak injections and low engine power if the transmission bad, the RPM of he engine goes real high but MPH not so high. (per you yes) check fuse first then get the car serviced, if still bad. RPM high means (no tachometer in dash) means hear the engine spin up fast even screams. the clear proof of transmission failure. (shifter in D )

What are you trying to say here light key on dash ? A symbol of a key light lit on the dash maybe . This would be a problem with anti-theft system .

It's not surprising. You really need to downshift.

ignition relay should either sit in the fuse box and should show on the fuse box cover or under the dash close the ignition

change transmission fluid and filter. Check for blown gaskets on valve assembly. Clean throttle assembly with anti soot fluid.

faulty batteryy or russty wires

it goes from the (-) negative side of the battery it is black

GA13DS is carb, the spark timing for most cars like this is -5Deg BTDC the adjust in more timing based on fuel used, (more NEG) the better fuel allows more advance, until it just starts to Ping under load,and back of a TAD. (based on OCTANE FUEL USED) we did that for 60years, 1920s to early 80s. did my first at as boy 1962.
