There are several things to check. I would lift one wheel off the ground, at a time. See if one or more are frozen. A frozen brake caliper or defective/damaged emergency brake system could cause this. Have you verified that the transmission is engaging and not slipping? It sounds like a injector problem to me.

I guess you could say there is no fuse for the dash lights. The dimmer control on the headlight switch actually goes thru the body computer and the dash lights get their power from there. The body computer has several fuses involved. The other interior lights not controlled by the dimmer get power from the park lamp relay.

check fuses and wiring. Remember that the fans may not work until an operation temperature is reached that switches on the sensor.

take engine cover off, silver line runs on both side of pleumn be careful relief pressure before any removal

Have the fuel pressure tested. If it's low from a tired, old pump, you know-new pump and new fuel filter. Low pressure also causes hard starting.
