Abs light, anti-lock break light, and stuck in low
One of the most common issues with this concern on this year and model vehicle here is water corrosion in the wiring connectors under the vehicle on the drivers side.
If you look under the drivers side of the vehicle just below the rear of the drivers seat area you should see wiring connectors that plug into the floor under the vehicle.
If when you disconnect these there is corrosion build up or water then the connectors and or terminals need replaced to correct this concern. This will involve pulling the carpet up in the rear seat area behind the drivers seat to access the opposite end of these connectors.you can clean the connectors with pure white vinegar .let the wire plug sit in it for a wile. then wash off and clean with an old tooth brush. then using some sealant smear it round the rubber seal with your finger. put the wires back in and on the ends were the wires are on the plug put some sealant on them to. this should help it not take on water again for a long wile. this can be a good fix if the connections are still good. if not replace then do this when it is back on the vehicle.
I have a 2002 buick rendezvous. my obd port worked
the obd port is directly connected to the computers on your car.if its not working you will have to check powers and grounds at the port and computer.you could have a bad connection or wire.if all the fuses are good in all the fuse panels then its possible that a wire was damaged during the head work.if so then take it back to who did the job and tell them the problem and ask them to check the wires that were moved during the job just in case.do NOT do this in an acusing way or they will refuse.
Problem in ran
The engine light is telling you that a sensor is failing and affecting the engine performance. This sensor is being affected by the water coming in through the radiator or up from the front wheels . un fault codes to find sensor. Check all wiring connections to coil/s-injectors- distributor cap and plug wires as it appears that water is getting into the electrical system and shorting out the ignition.
