2007 6.2l. How can I retrieve a piece of the camshaft position sensor?
no car told at all just and engine flying in space?
a GM engine? LS3/
gee plastic material , steel washer. screws, nuts, bolts, what?
or just gasket material.
anythng metal is super bad dropped inside any engine
but if it falls to the oil pan only it is probably ok.
the pick up screen can not suck it in
The LS is VVT cams, so dropping junk there and hear chain and on those many parts there is asking for trouble.
the video on LS chain access is super long job,. so now you know it is easy to dismantle

Take it to a qualified repair shop. Nothing your going to be able to do . Unless you have a factory scan tool or equivalent . An service repair info. .

You need to start by getting a code reader and checking for trouble codes (DTCs) in order to figure out what's going on. As far as low tire pressure is concerned, batteries in the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensors inside the rims have a fixed life - you will get warnings like this when the sensors need replacing, and if one has gone dead, you can expect the rest to follow soon.

Throttle body
Yes, this is really a periodic maintenance item. Even if a dirty throttle body was causing issues now, cleaning it would still be regular maintenance. If the cleaning did not clear up the problem, then you would probably be into a warranty claim, more easily handled if the dealer did the work.

SERVICE ENGINE SOON light has nothing to do with overheating or leaks ! OBD2 - emissions . DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored in the PCM / ECM - engine computer . Probably a sensors or emission problem . Take an have it checked .
