How to remove the rear windshield motor wiper?

If after all this time you still need to replace the back wiper. There is a plastic lever where the wiper attaches to the arm. Squeeze this lever against the metal wiper arm, while pushing the wiper blade towards the base of arm. It should unhook the blade from the wiper arm. Good luck.

Car wont turn over, wouldnt jump start turn key in on position you get faint buzzing sound a slight click headlights are working, dashlights are fine

have the starter checked it may be your problem with the no turn over. it takes far less voltage to operate lights than it does to operate the starter.

The stabilitrak is on and wont go off.

Need to scan with scanner to ascertain issue. Easiest way to diagnose. A competent independent repair facility will be glad to help with the scan....then you can replace parts if required;. Trying to diagnose w/o scanner is timely and a PITA.

My Equinox tailgate seems to be locked and will not open

May have been packed too tight, or something shifted as door was closing and became lodged in either the locking mechanism or the side supporting latched to the left and right lower edges of the door. Try applying some pressure to the outside of the door while turning the key. If you are trying to use the Key fob to open, the stuck position will not allow lock to disengage at all. If that does not work, have someone crawl inside and push while someone outside turns the key. Silly question but, I need to ask, what is the temp. outside? There is also the very real possibility that, the door seal itself has been frozen to the painted mating surface along the jamb of the door. You would need to park in above freezing temp (full sun will work sometimes) if this does work, get some silicone sprayed on a rag (fairly wet) and wipe down the painted mating surface where the seal meets the jamb. Good luck

Why the lights want come on in the inside and the litgate

Try all fuses. I think you are saying the interior curtesy lights and the overhead light near the "lift gate" do not work. If all fuses are good, you may have a failed headlamp switch.

Why is the drivers side floor wet 2008 equinox

Most likely the drain for condensation from the A/C is plugged or obstructed.

Window don't work

I would check the fuse first and make sure you have voltage to the switches. The relay location will be in your service manual.

Headlights

Sounds like there is a significant short in the circuit, often is the harness that the bulb itself plugs into. Look for frayed wires, loose wires, burn marks on the contacts of the buld and/or the harness. With no bulb in the suspected harness, does the other headlight continue to work? If not the circuit short is closer to the relay, and not at the headlights themselves. Also if the highbeams work, and you see the DRL light flash, is indicating there is a bulb out, and not an issue with the DRL relay itself.

Is there a fuse or something that would cause the headlight bulb to still not work after changing it

Nope... Re check your connections. They may be corroded. Check the wiring back from the headlight plug to make sure nothing has broken or come unconnected. Good Luck...

Headlight problems with my 2008 chevy equinox

We'll if you are replacing bulbs and they work when you put them in but burn out quickly, that symptom along with condensation inside the lens surly indicates a moisture problem meaning somewhere there is a bad seal in the headlight lens assembly.

Headlights

The headlight socket is probably not making contact with the light bulb, you may have to replace the light socket. If you get a lot of condensation in there, you make want to purchase some dielectric grease and put a bit on the bulb when replacing. This will keep condenstion away and prevent corrosion on the contacts.
