Did you disconnect the battery when you replaced the sensor? If not, disconnect the battery and when you reconnect it this should reset the computer.

It sounds like you've blown a head gasket. That would explain why the hose blew off in the first place as well as all the other issues since. I'd recommend performing a compression test at this point. Best of luck!

First are you sure the alternator is charging the battery ? If it is, someone will need to pull fuses and disconnect major circuits until you find the drain. It could be a simple relay, or a short to ground in the harness somewhere.

Here is your fuse box diagram. See if you can find it? The system is computer controlled. If you could just remove a fuse, thieves for break in and full the fuse. Take it to a local alarm / radio installer to diagnose with a pro grade scan tool.
