I had this problem in my Buick. Quite simply there is one of two things happening: Either the motor for that window in that door is burned out, or you have a loose wire that is not making a connection with the switch or the window motor. Diagnosis requires removal of the entire door panel and getting a look at the mechanism. I'd suggest having a mechanic who specializes in electrical take a look at it.

with the engine off locate a large bolt on front of engine using a large appropreate sized socket wrench gentlly but with some force rock engine using wrench as a handle if engine moves more than 1/8" in respect to car body yeap you got a broken motor mount you'll want to get this fixed soon as it eventually will cause the transmission housing to crack and break
