will only click it's not a fuel problem . When you turn the key to start , it only clicks ? Is this correct ? If so you have battery , battery cable problems . Do you know what voltage drop testing is ? Plus Chevy does not use a fuel reset switch . I suggest if don't know how to test a automotive electrical circuit you really need to have it towed to a qualified repair shop .

Fuse's ,relays, switch, wiring etc.. . There are a few thing's involved in making those windows go up an down and to say one thing or another is wrong would be stupide. First off testing is need to diagnose the problem , you would need to look at a wiring diagram to see what all is involved in the circuit . You may have air trapped in the cooling system. This will cause overheating. When you fill the system, there is a small brass air purge valve above the coolant pump and another on the thermostat housing. These need to be loosened and trapped air released when filling the cooling system.
First if it is over heating check coolant level,if okay make sure there is no air in the system. Because of age of the car check for wiring issues like exposed wires at connectors that maybe grounding.
