The motor is going bad and or the plastic track that actually does the lifting and lowering of the window ( i forget the exact name of it ) is going bad However if you replace the window motor you will need to replace that " track " too .But i think the motor for your window is about done At some point it just wont do anything at all

Get a compression check at a modern shop.

May need to be charged. Do you hear the compressor coming on? If not, put a gauge on the low pressure port to check pressure. If low, add r134a until pressure is normal. If system requires frequent refills (more than once per year), have it tested to find the leak. If the compressor is coming on, the problem may be the blend door not actuating properly.
