Timing belt re-install and engine hard stops when rotating by hand even when timing marks lined up.

That hard stop is the valves hitting the head of the piston, you most likely have bent a valve, you have the valve timing wrong.

How to fix diagnostic codes po700 and po730 ?

Symptoms of a P0700 DTC may include:
  • Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination
  • The transmission may exhibit drivability problems like slipping, etc
More often then not, the cause of this code is that there is a transmission problem of some kind. The TCM detected the problem and set a code. P0700/PO700 means that a fault code is stored in the TCM. However this doesn't rule out the possibility of a failed PCM or TCM (unlikely). For a P0700/PO730 the only real solution is to acquire a scan tool that will communicate with the transmission control module. Extracting this code from the TCM will be the first step in repairing the fault in the transmission. If the TCM compatible scan tool will not communicate with the Transmission Control Module then that is a good indication that there may be a fault with the TCM itself.

Chrysler battery charge light on

check the charging system and battery to make sure these are working properly. if the charging system is not working then the alternator will have to be check and possibly the PCM as the PCM controls charging voltage and the alternator continuously tries to run a max. check for a code in the PCM related to charging. this may help finding the problem.

Obd11 scanner has sent all the lights in the car crazy flashing on and off. Took battery off and this did the same to my charger Help please

Did you charge the battery with it still connected? Read your charger instructions as all the ones I used have the battery fully disconnected from the vehicle. I would have the battery load tested first before doing anything else.
