Should go from bottom of radiator to lines on transmission.

If both those lines go to the transmission cooler, it really wont matter how they are connected.

could be the starter or the ignition.

nope sounds like fuel pump relay or the pump itself most of the relays are located on the driver side fender well fuel pump is inside the gas tank

actually it is called a lock out torque convertor. when you go into 3rd gear and reach certain conditions it will lock the torque converter making it like a standard shift. so basically it is a 4th gear. this is done for fuel economy.

under the hood , drivers side . cover will have a list of what each relay is for.

the fuel impact switch is usually located in the trunk and usually will be marked

shift cable sounds like it is rusting and needs replaced.

change battery cables. get rid of those small gauge wires and put wire in that will draw amps. I had one car that would kill battery every year and found out the cables were to light to keep it working properly.. both the positive to the starter and the ground cable are way to small for the car. clicking means it isn't getting enough power to the starter to spin the motor !

this is a good possibility. if its green its moldy, does the car have a musty smell in it when it sets closed up for awhile? pcm is up under the dash behind the glove compartment. so any water that gets in will run over it. I would find the water issue if its the cause.

dodge had bad issue with using to light of a gauge ground wire on there cars. this put a heavy burden on the complete electrical system. I suggest putting a new heavy duty ground cable and starter cable on the car and it should fix your issue. you will be surprised in how well tour head lights work after wards even.

passenger side seat has a switch built into it that says someone is setting there. may be faulty . or something under the seat pushing up against it. simple fix snap the seatbelt on the passenger side. switch will have a wire connection under the seat, replace switch if need be. brake light blinking this could be simple as the emergency brake isn't fully released or it may be low on brake fluid. also some cars tell if a bulb is blown
