do a compression test.it can be your rings are sticking,or a build up of carbon on the valves.but check you have not over filled your oil.check the dip stick ,if so drain some.

ive had the same problem, replaced the belt checked the timing and turned the motor manually to check the valves and was fine,if she doesn't turn then you will have a problem.
