Do you mean the bell housing which is part of the transmission housing. if so it may pay to fit junk a yard replacement . be sure to fit a new rear crank seal, and check the clutch plate is not covered in oil.
There are more than one sensor used to deploy the air bag none mounted at the air bag. the switch is a sealed tube with a ball inside ,a magnet to hold the ball at one end and a pair of contacts at the other end. on impact the ball moves forward and closes the contacts. Make sure the battery is removed before playing with air bag switches . It is quite costly if the bag is deployed.
Putting the key in the ignition and turning it on will turn off the security, if everything is working. You need to put a scanner on it and see which part isn't working. The Key, the BCM, the ECM, or it could be wiring. Resetting is a dealer option only. Rekeying can be done by some locksmiths.
Try resetting your remote device by holding it near the front drivers side and press and hold the emergency button until the horn blows once. See if that does the trick.......
These are transmission codes for shift solenoids 2 and 4. May want to have it check at a trustworthy service shop.It could be the solenoids or wiring concerns. It also could be an internal failure. Ford has issued a technical bulletin for this concern which in worse case involves a transmission rebuild.

Disabling Transport Mode
1.Place the ignition OFF.
2.Verify the battery is fully charged.
3.Place the ignition ON.
4.NOTE: Steps 4 and 5 must be carried out within 10 seconds.
Press and release the brake pedal 5 times.
5.Press and release the hazard switch 4 times (on, off, on, off).
I'd turn off the vehicle. Remove the key. Then try a restart, should be clear of "Transport Mode."
Here is a YouTube video (on a Focus, that shows the sequence.)
2013 ford focus focus ST out of transport mode
I can do it, but all the security modules need replaced. If you are replacing just one part of it, then it has to go to a dealership to be reprogrammed... You didn't say what part is being replaced.
Hard to believe that both of my motors went bad at the same time.
BTW, the first answer dealing with "From your owners manual:" (from Dennis Weid) is incorrect. From MY owners manual (2009 Ford Escape):
Fuse #11 - 10A Four Wheel Drive (I have 2 wheel drive)
Also, there is no relay #202 in the owners guide. The start with 'A' and 'B' and then run from 1 - 37.
I don't know where the responder got their information, but it is not accurate when comparing to my 2009 Owners Guide. Please correct this.
I have reviewed my Owner's Guide listing of Fuses and Relays and find absolutely zero reference to the circuits regarding the pumps. Thanks Ford.
