Look at the housing there are tangs that fit in the other side shift the top so the rubber seal releases the top then pull up and out to releaseit

You must take out the original battery because if it burned out the cells it will draw from the jump battery it doesn't matter that the cables are on the battery if still no start no click no remote Check for corrosion on all cables down to the starter and the block ground also the ground strap at the nose of the starter and the power distribution box cable from the alternator and battery clean it if the car still doesn't start that whining could've been the alternator check for battery voltage if none or very little this could be your problem and driving it just burned out the cells in your battery

Find a real mechanic , yours is a hack. How could replacing your computer keep it from getting wet? If it is getting wet now the new one will get wet also. I dont recommend throwing parts at a car in hope of fixing it but a throttle position sensor is alot cheaper than a computer. Get the sensor from the dealership not a cheap one at the parts store they are junk.as a matter of fact if you can afford it, the mechanics at the dealer could help you better than most other garage mechanics.

Hi there Seems like the ecu is giving the wrong info to the car. As your car is new, take it back to dealers and they will look into ecu. I hope that helps

Probably needs new instrument cluster , which would need to be programmed . Dealer ! Your best bet ,take it to the dealer .

This may sound weird, but do a oil change and filter. These cars are known for sticking lifters and throwing a limp home code. If that don't work clean the throttle body or possibly replace it. I would also add a quart of Lucas oil when doing oil change that will help with sticky lifters greatly..
