My ford ka has started to judder

It is probably ignition failure. Hard to diagnose with out witnessing it. I wud replace the wires to the spark plugs and the spark plugs themselves. If you take it to a service shop they will probably do that first and charge you more. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/gary_9c859f4aa7e5ab10

Ka boot will not open

Well not knowing what you've done to try and open it, I would assume you've tried the key in the lock? The remote? and the button inside the car?, I would then try to take some white lithium grease in a spray can, and spray it into the lock, if this doesn't work then you'll have to crawl through the car to the back, remove the trim panel to access the lock and try to spray it down with the lithium grease from there. You may have to remove the plastic clips from the rod to open the trunk (Boot), from there is the lock will not function, you may have to remove the whole assembly from the car and replace it or soak it in WD-40 over night to see if it loosens whatever is jamming the lock assembly.

Ford ka main beam headlights blow every few months

Are you driving along rough roads with lights on? That can shorten the life of the bulbs. When the bulbs were installed were they touched on the glass part. If so that will cause them to burn out. Wipe all finger prints before installing. Maybe you already know all the above, if so I think maybe your alternator or voltage regulator might be set to a voltage too high for the bulbs. Hope this helps.

Fix windows they wont go down any more,, fuses look ok

There can be several reasons. When you say you "fixed" the windows, it makes me wonder what was wrong with them before you started. The part inside the door is usually a window regulator. It has teeth to be moved by the gear on the electric window motor. The position of the regulator teeth is suppose to match the position of the window. If you imagine setting the window 1/2 open, then that is as far as the window will rise when the electric window motor cranks. The electric motor gear will only travel so many turns for each cycle of the motor switch. Mixing motors on the wrong side of the car is something else that can go wrong if you change W motors. The W motors are not the same from front to front or rear to rear. They are often compatible diagonally (right front to left rear) (left front to right rear). Finally, you can have a switch box for the auto up/auto down feature inside the door panels. You need to check for power at the W motor and then backtrack.
