Question edited for clarity. Question moved to model category. To me it is the hot/cold controller knob or the electronic valve if it has one. It could also be the Blend Door Actuators sticking. Plus if the engine is getting to hot, you have airlocks. Sound like that is an amp issue. i believe that car has a factory amp. make sure you have the amp power wire from the radio to the amp connected and check the fuse for the amp as well. (then you should probably make sure the amp is still even in the car otherwise your radio wires will never make it to the speakers.)

You need to take that number along with the VIN code from the vehicle the radio came out of and proof of ownership to a Ford dealer then thet will call a "dealers only" number to get the code. I hope this helps. Take care.

Plugs are in the center of the valve cover. Remove the coils. use a 5/8 inch or 16 MM socket to unscrew them , magnet to get them out. They do make spark plug sockets. I don't use them because they tend to stay on the spark plug.

If you have power on both wires on the motor, you have lost the ground to the motor.

It could be something as simple as a fuse/Relay fuse or a bad sensor located in the tank. Hook it up to a diagnostic machine it may be able to indicate the problem(s). Go to your local Auto Zone and ask them to run the diagnostic they do it for free.
