Is the security light lit or flashing when you try starting the vehicle ? If the light is flashing then there is a PATS issue .

Your alternator has a fusible link coming from the battery to the alternator,fuse probably is blown.The link is in a box next to the battery.

Fuse #17 is marked "CD" player, that should be it. It is in the under hood power distribution box.

p0113 means you are getting a very high voltage reading from the IAT sensor to the ECU. Usually this is because the IAT has become faulty or bad. Replace and clear codes it should go away.

well yes they can run on three cylinders... but the other three are pumping raw fuel into the exhaust system causing the EPA to hunt you down...

You would need a clearing device that is usually part of a code reader the is plugged into the pcm /ecm port of your vehicle. Without it the computer will store the code for as long as the defect exists.. If it is a temporary thing like loose gas cap etc. The light goes off after about 20-40 miles of driving after the problem is corrected.

Had same issue with my 99, the rack has a cap nut on the passenger side, you are likely leaking into the tie rod boot. You need to remove boot and tighten nut, doesn't look like a nut, it has 4 holes like a spanner wrench was used to install it...you will need two punches or drill bits that fit the holes and turn clockwise, caution, will get a little tough to turn and will be slow going, be patient. Once done, reinstall boot and use...refill with Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak...it will expand seals and all will be good....run through bleeding process....The issue is that end nut loosens over time allowing for air to get sucked in...once air is in there it airates the fluid under pressure and when you shut it off it foams up...this procedure should solve it, it did for me.

You need to remove the door panel, & inspect to see if the glass came out of it's track & is jammed. or could be the electric motor itself, that's if you have power windows. you can purchase a new motor & regulator fairly cheap if this is the issue. You didn't specify if it was power or crank.
