Replaced ignition on 2006 Hyundai Azera and car won't start. Battery is fine and starter is fine.

USA CAR RIGHT, IF NOT SAY SO THERE ARE 8 ENGINES USED World wide. (WWW posted to world) NO miles told, ODOMETER> 200k miles ++++++++ cranks fast but will not start. (50 causes) what does replaced Ignition mean??? can you be more clear on that, we can not just guess. blind 8 new spark ign coils? 8 new spark plugs new CMP and CKP sensors. new ignition switch? and now IMMO is very unhappy? what? scan it yet. NO ENGINE TOLD guess. 3.8L V8 in USA it it ? USA?????? aka

3.8L (G6DA) engine. same as KIA.

I guess timing chain is not bad, if it made NO noise before engine died?????? scan the PCM yet just after cranking it. 3.8L is an interference engine if this is your dead engine???????? we check cam timing first, and VVT too not bad. to avoid more damage cranking away and bending over head valves. we can not guess engines, ever. but the VIN tells me what is there VIN digit #8 is engine code.

What is the clearance for Hyundai H100 piston Diesel

What exactly do you mean by an "overhaul"? More information please. Which diesel engine is this? The 2.5 litre or the 2.6 litre? What year is your vehicle? Some engines can be different settings depending on the size it is. I'm assuming this is for the clearance between the valve rockers and the spring end of the valves? If you're breaking rockers your mechanical timing might not be set correctly risking bent valves or the valves are already bent. Even One tooth out on the timing belt/chain can cause problems. You might need to take the cylinder head off to check the valves. When you set the clearances the engine needs to be Cold and the cylinder you're working on needs to be at Top Dead Centre (TDC) to make sure the valves are closed. On an inline 4 cylinder engine the cylinders work as pairs, 1 and 4, 2 and 3. Set cylinder number 1 to TDC. Set the clearances for only cylinders 1 and 4. Using the crank pulley bolt turn cylinder 1 to Bottom Dead Centre, (180' turn clockwise). This should bring cylinders 2 and 3 to TDC so you can set those clearances. Is the engine burning the oil? (a thicker, more blue exhaust smoke than normal). Burning oil can also be a sign of a blown head gasket or badly worn piston rings.

Complete head torque settings for hyundai getz 1.4 16 valve g4ee engine 2006

  1. First, tighten all the bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
  2. Tighten all the bolts to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft) in sequence, starting from the center and working outward.
  3. Tighten all the bolts to 70 Nm (52 lb-ft) in sequence again, starting from the center and working outward.
  4. Finally, tighten all the bolts an additional 90 degrees in sequence again.
Please note that it's important to follow the correct torque sequence and to use a torque wrench to ensure that the bolts are tightened to the correct specifications. It's also recommended to replace the head bolts with new ones to ensure proper torque and head gasket sealing.

My Hyundai Matrix boot is open and the lock is in the locked position

You will need to unlock it and open the boot as if it was closed properly. A boot latch cannot be released by pushing on the actual hook latch. If it is fitted with a remote button or lever try using that to release the latch.

I don't have specialty tools I need to get a new timing chain on a 2008 Hyundai sonata 2.4l I'm trying to get top dead center on the compression stroke if anyone can help

Getting the engine to top dead center (TDC) on the compression stroke is an important step when replacing the timing chain on a 2008 Hyundai Sonata 2.4L. Here are the general steps to follow: 1. Locate the timing marks: Look for the timing marks on the crankshaft pulley and the camshaft sprocket. The crankshaft pulley should have a mark on it, and the camshaft sprocket should have two marks that need to be aligned. 2. Rotate the engine: Rotate the engine by hand using a socket wrench on the crankshaft bolt. Turn the engine clockwise until the timing marks on the camshaft sprocket are aligned. 3. Check the piston position: Remove the spark plug from the number one cylinder and use a long screwdriver to feel for the position of the piston. When the piston is at the top of its stroke, you will feel resistance. 4. Adjust the position: If the piston is not at TDC on the compression stroke, rotate the engine again until it is. You may need to rotate the engine several times to get it in the correct position. 5. Double-check the timing marks: Once the piston is at TDC on the compression stroke, double-check the timing marks on the crankshaft pulley and the camshaft sprocket to ensure they are still aligned. Once you have confirmed that the engine is at TDC on the compression stroke, you can proceed with installing the new timing chain. It's important to follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully and to torque all bolts to the correct specifications. If you are unsure about any step of the process, it may be best to consult with a mechanic or seek further guidance from an expert source.

Check and make sure the catalic converter is not blocked, its a common problem on accents.

Whats alot of carbon, if it reaaly bad you might want to remove intake manifold and clean it, or if its not to bad run engine at 1500 revs and spray nulon carby cleaner in slowly to clean it out.

2003 Hyundai sonata why it won't start? I've replaced al my spark plugs a coil packet for the 5th cylinder and the battery

no country told why do that? lots of engines used P0305 DTC error? that error means weak combustion #5 and lots of causes, not just spark plug 5. replacing any 6 cylinder coil pack wrong gets the firing order now wrong, replace HV x6 wires 1 by 1 never ever all at once, OOPS? it has 3 dual coils on one bracket and must be wired in proper firing order or it will NEVER RUN. Security lamp (angry) IMMO can not be failing the lamp security (or will not get fueling to run)!!! ever. never have just 1 key or land HERE X. (doa) USA answer V6 engine. it had 2 engine options new. USA.2003 2.5 L Delta V6 2.7 L Delta V6 bingo for USA. 2.7L (G6BA) real name ! 305 means and in proper order this
  1. compression is bad on #5
  2. spark is bad on #5
  3. or injection rates #5 are dead or wrong mix
order is because cant burn fuel on any dead engine,"compression test) cant burn fuel if spark is dead and last , if fuel rates are wrong so be weak combustion #5 also if car could run and drive far P0300 may pop up because you never ever replace the cam belt. all Hyundai engine are interferance and if belt not serviced the engine blows up, the head valves bend and even 10x worse, we can show photos of the destruction on this engine all day long, never serving the cam belt at 60- to 100k miles USA mile ok if not here say so and we can k meters all day long. step 1 is always keep battery charged, or electronics go wacky or asleep as the service manual says page 1. the tool is a battery charger.
